CRM for an online travel agency | Solved

Hello, I'm considering using Pipedrive as a temporary CRM for an online travel agency.

Here's what I need the CRM for, and hoping Pipedrive can accommodate, and if you can consult on this to see if it would work.

We have a website that takes in client info through a form, the client data goes to an email that gets parsed through Mailparser, and those individual field details need to be sent to CRM (name, email, departure airport, arrival airport, dates, etc), to create a new client and new deal/enquiry.

From there, the travel agent needs to input flight details (airline, flight number, times, costs), into that deal/enquiry, and then we want to send all that deal/enquiry data from CRM into a custom URL to display the data nicely.

The customer makes payment, and the payment confirmation gets sent back to the CRM to update the deal/enquiry that the client has paid.

Then CRM is used to send a receipt to client by email.

When the travel agent buys the ticket, the CRM will be used to attached a PDF print out of the ticket and email client.
